So traveling with Darby has taken us from coast to coast. We drove from Northern California to the south and into Arizona landing in New Mexico! She’s really a wonderful travel companion, it helps that she’s still small and needs a lot of sleep. From New Mexico we went in to Texas for a brief stay then onward through Louisiana, Mississippi and in to Alabama where we will rest again before we get to our destination in Florida. In two weeks time Darby traveled from Idaho to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. It took me 50 years to get to all of those places and she was just 9 weeks old, pretty impressive. I’m so happy that we made it safely, we are both resting and the plan is to stay put for a bit. She is growing bigger and sweeter each day! I’m so happy to have her with me! I hope she feels the same.
